The client required a DN500 flexible rubber hose with very specific characteristics:

• An extremely reduced bending radius
• High operating temperature
• Resistance to negative pressures
• In addition to flanged vulcanized fittings at the ends

Accepting the challenge, we worked closely with the client to develop a tailor-made solution. 

The result was a hose that not only met the requirement for a reduced bending radius but also ensured maximum efficiency and safety in daily use.
